I noticed in this bill that there is intent to "slow medical innovation" to contain costs.

These people are insane. They are actually advocating a reentry into 3rd or 4th century Dark Ages.

This fits hand in glove with the idea of Kevorkian style counseling of the elderly with the express goal of getting them to accept their condition and to receive "pain pills" rather than treatment.

To these bureaucrats the Hippocratic oath is a deterrent to their exercises of life and death decisions.

This is way beyond disgusting, it is criminal.
